Bowl Food is the perfect choice for informal events. This very popular option enables guests to mingle and socialise in the same way as a canapé. It offers a contemporary way of serving mini meals creating fusion on the palate, which our staff will circulate, for your guests to eat with a fork,while still holding a conversation standing or sitting. These dishes can also be served as a main course.
Unique flavour combinations are combined in small bowls that are guaranteed to impress.

Bowl, Main and Cone Food 

All bowl food are served in an open china plates for ease to eat or in cones. There would also be a service point
Buffet for guest wishing to pick up there food with bread and salads as a standard.
Rice Chili Beef con Carne – flavored heavily with tomato
Puree garnish with diced raw onions and tortilla chips
Baked rice Pilaf
Sautéed diced Chicken Supreme served in Creamed tarragon
White wine sauce Sprinkled with chopped parsley
Crushed mint flavored Red Potatoes.
Penne Pasta coated with Beef Bolognaise sauce
Topped with grated Cheddar and Parmesan Cheese
Served with sliced sautéed courgettes and leek
 Rounds of sliced mixed sausage as Cumberland, Game and Beef in a chopped onion Juice
With potato mash and spring onion flowers
Soft risotto Rice Saffron yellow flavored baked in the oven topped
With poached and flaked Haddock in a fish slightly curried cream sauce
Garnished with quarter cut hard boiled eggs sprinkled with peas and sultanas
Goujons of mixed fish served in a corn with thin long chips skin on.
Pots of sauce Tartare and strips of sweet gherkins
Roasted Belly pork strips with crackling garnish, sage and onion stuffing
Balls, Mini Roasted Potato mids, Pot of sweet apple sauce
